  Brilliant experience - definitely will be back!

  Brilliant hotel! Ideal location as it’s only 2mins walks from Antwerp Central station. Room was clean and cosy with loads of storage! Reception area is comfortable and cosy with a self service snacks and drinks station. The staff was so accommodating and kind. We visited during a bank holiday weekend and our room remained at a reasonable price.   Bad experience at this hotel with overpriced breakfast

  The beds were so bad, we couldn’t even get a good nights of sleep. We went down for a coffee en they forced us to buy the breakfast package for 40 euros. We felt obliged to eat here at the hotel, but everything was empty was asked the staff to fill some things up en it took ages , Owner at A-STAY Antwerp, responded to this review Dear Lucas,Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your recent stay with us.   Great value for central location

  Really enjoyable stay and super central location. Had a room on the top floor and the views were quite enjoyable. I was surprised i didn't hear any noise considering we are across from the station and i could see the tracks, but had a wonderful sleep in the large comfy bed. The staff is very nice and the pizza you make yourself was tasty (once i figured how to work the oven).   Surprisingly Great Stay During Tomorrowland Festival

  We stayed at this hotel during the Tomorrowland festival in July with a group of friends. Although it was listed as a three-star hotel on the booking site, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and atmosphere.Our room was located on one of the top floors, offering stunning views from the windows. It was compact, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The space was used efficiently, making the most of every square meter.The hotel offered breakfast and late-night snacks for purchase, and there was even a self-service beer tap — a fun and convenient touch! A cozy little backyard with a patio and hanging basket chairs added to the charm.The location is unbeatable: the train station is conveniently just across the street, which played a big role in our decision to book.   We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. During our stay in a double room. the in-room safe was broken, so we had no secure place to keep our valuables. As a consequence Our money went missing shortly after the room was cleaned.The room was poorly cleaned — the trash wasn’t even emptied — and immediately after the cleaner had been through, we discovered our money was missing. We reported it to the hotel right away but there were no compensation for what we lost.This stay turned into a nightmare, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care about your belongings and your peace of mind, stay somewhere else.
