    The housekeeping did not respect the “Do not disturb” sign on my door and were scouting my accommodation. Also they took something very important from my room and I don’t think this kind of behaviour should be tolerated. The rooms are ok but dated, the location and parking are excellent. And the breakfast was very poor, good thing there was a kitchen in the room. Our housekeeping team is highly trained and adheres to strict procedures, including always reporting any "Do Not Disturb" signs on doors. After careful review, we found no such sign was present on your door during your stay.In addition, we promptly notified you about the credit card left in the light holder. Accusations of theft are taken very seriously, and we can assure you that our team operates with the highest integrity.It’s also worth noting that you and your colleagues enjoyed breakfast each morning, making your comments about the breakfast experience unexpected. We are under the impression that your negative review was left in response to the €50 charge that was applied at check-out. This charge was in relation to the unwashed dishes, we kindly remind you that this policy is clearly stated in multiple places within the room, including on a card and in the welcome letter. This measure is in place to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. When we noticed that this task was not completed, we had to apply the fee as outlined.We understand that this charge may have caused frustration, but we were disappointed to receive your email threatening to leave a negative review if the fee was not waived.     Terrible stuff, frontdesk, terrible breakfast. Smells like food everywhere in thebhotel. Housekeepers steal personal belongings, enter in the room when you want to have privacy. Do nnot report to the frontdesk when you forget something in the hotel.     Stayed there for more than a year and overall I enjoyed the experience. The room was pleasant, quiet, with all the utilities needed to live there and the services exceeded my expectations.The room was at the 5th floor, on the back side of the hotel. Initially I stayed in a room at the 2nd floor on the street side, there the noise was louder, but at the back side of the hotel it's quiet.The cleaning of the room was made twice a week. At the reception anytime I had questions the staff was friendly and kind to give guidance. After the check out the warranty deposit was refunded after one working day.     Good location, handy for the train station and a tram line into the centre. Room was a good size and comfortable, given the heatwave in Antwerp during our visit the air con was very welcome. Quite a bit of noise from other guests who seemed to congregate in the hallways but managed a decent sleep all the same.     I stayed fir 2 months and I really enjoyed my stay. Cleaning staffs are really good, they cleans the room twice a week.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Management team is also good, they responds very quickly of your any query.I can say ARASS hotel is best for stay in Antwerp.
