    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were rude, dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. A receptionist named Elena was particularly unprofessional — she kept murmuring under her breath to her colleague, who then joined in the conversation with the same condescending attitude. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt belittled and looked down upon.     Well located when visiting our son in Zuid.     We bought a tour for Benelux and this hotel was the one we needed to stay in Belgium during vacation. Hotels in France, Luxemburg provided us with a baby bed but this hotel told us they brought all baby beds to another hotel and they wanted us to sleep with a baby in their small double bed.     At this hotel we got a family room! We rarely get that. We got a great family room for a cheap price. Clean and nice hotel, pleasant service. Indoor parking facilities, but you have to be lucky to get a space. However, there is a public car park not far away. We had a great time at the hotel and in Antwerp!     Great hotel for a short stay

    We came for a single night to this hotel in the South of Antwerp. Our family room was part of a large and modern living complex near to public transportation such as tram or bus. All service personnel was very friendly and helpful. Room was not the largest but very clean plus had all amenities for a short stay. No room keys there but you get a six digit code to open the door.
