Very good stay for business trip

Choose this hotel for its location due to business meetings. Corporate atmosphere. The spa and pool is great, fantastic sauna. Open from 600 to 2300, great option before and after biz meetings.Rooms are at expectation, comfy beds. While still good, the breakfast is below expectation for a 4* hotel. Plenty of free parking options in front of the hotel. Hotel Manager, Owner at Crowne Plaza Antwerp By IHG, responded to this review Dear Golden,Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay.We are delighted that our location served you well for your business meetings. Our Octopus Wellness Centre is a real highlight, and we are glad you made the most of the pool and sauna during your stay. The extended hours from early morning until late evening give our guests the flexibility to unwind whenever it suits them, and it sounds like you found that just as convenient as we hope. That said, we are sorry that our breakfast did not fully meet your expectations. We offer an express option alongside the full buffet, and our team is always happy to suggest the best choice on the day.Nonetheless, we are pleased that your room and the comfort of your bed left a positive impression. We also appreciate you mentioning the free parking options right in front of the hotel, a handy perk we know our business travellers value. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future. Best regards,Crowne Plaza Antwerp Team

Very helpful and friendly staff and great facilities.

I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for 12 days to take part in a hockey tournament in Antwerp. My husband came with me and brought his treasured road bike. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. They let my husband store his bike in an office behind reception. The facilities were great. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room which was greatly needed after a number of games of hockey. The staff in the bar were very friendly and personable. We would like to say thank you to Luciana and Lyn on reception who were very helpful. Thank you. Hotel Manager, Owner at Crowne Plaza Antwerp By IHG, responded to this review Dear Sally,Thank you for your positive feedback. We are truly glad our team made you feel welcome and valued throughout your extended stay for the hockey tournament. It means a lot to hear our staff went above and beyond to accommodate your husband's cycling needs, and that you found us attentive at both the reception and bar.Our wellness facilities are designed for relaxation and recovery, so we are delighted they offered comfort after a busy schedule. We appreciate your recognition of our staff members, your thanks will certainly be shared with them. It is fantastic that both you and your husband enjoyed the atmosphere and service across our hotel. We look forward to welcoming you back for a memorable stay in the future. Kind regards,Crowne Plaza Antwerp Team
