The hotel is situated on the shopping avenue De Keyserlei, in the famous diamond quarter and 100 m from Antwerp's main station. The hotel is only 200 m from the city centre with its wealth of shopping streets, such as the ‘Meir’ and its outstanding variety of museums and culture. Brussels Airport is about 45 km away and Antwerp International Airport is some 63 km away.

200 non-smoking rooms, including 42 junior suites, 8 suites and 73 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     I had a great experience at this hotel. Kinga was super kind and provided such amazing service. She even surprised us with a room upgrade.     I stayed there in 2016-2017 for couple of months, felt like home, very spacious bar downstairs, beautiful decorum. Highly recommend eating in the rooftop restaurant Gran Duca. Stayed in May for a weekend Antwerp. Central location.
