  Very good tourist hotel

  On a very good location, near the station, this hotel offers a very relaxed stay. The rooms are nice, quite big and clean. The breakfast is superb, much choice, for everybody some delicious things. The check out time is also a plus (not too early).   Beautiful Hotel with an Outstanding Breakfast Experience

  Beautiful hotel located within walking distance of the train station (ideal if you’re traveling by train). The rooms are stylish and cozy, with charming touches inspired by the city of Antwerp. The breakfast area — and the breakfast itself — are outstanding. I’ve never seen such a beautiful breakfast setting before. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.   Small things can spoil everything

  This is third NH Collection hotel in Belgium we've stayed in. Brussels and Gent - great hotels.We expected the same here in Antwerp. However, we stayed unhappy with the following: thin windows - you can hear how people speak in the yard; poor breakfast compared to other NH hotels; poor lobby - you forget that you're in a premium hotel; not central location - 25 min walk from the main attractions.The last peace - they promise to give you a bonus - any drink (coke, juice, small wine), if you reject your room to be cleaned. You get a coupon and should get a drink when do checkout. However, while doing checking out, a receptionist guy said that the only option was water, which I didn't want. Fake promises. We rejected the option.   I like NH Collection very much. Hotel in Antwerpen is a confirmation of very good room for reasonable price on perfect location.
