Staying for one night as passing through Antwerp while travelling home to the UK. This hotel is fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. Rm 19 was easily located and had a great shower. The hotel is located at a very convenient spot being at a walking distance to the central train station.The atmosphere is limited, and no need to expect more that a clean begging and some amenities.There is no check in desk and you need to walk to a different branch to collect you keys. Assume that you arrive with your luggage and forced to walk to a to the relocation and come back to your hotel with your luggage. This cost saving is not acceptable. The room is big, but old. Clean but needs refurbishing.I do not suggest for long occasions. A single stay would be enough. Clean and tidy hotel

Our room was spacious, bed very comfortable, large shower. Our only complaint is that the wall sockets are behind the headboard and 1 was unaccessible.You can only get into the hotel with your room card and the lift as there are constant on site, you check in and out at the Radisson blue which is on the main road opposite the Central station.We ate out but when we wanted yo east in the hotel blue on Sunday the restaurant was closed.Breakfast to my mind expensive at 39E per person.There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance that do breakfasts. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in!

I stayed at Park Inn Antwerpen for one night on business and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable.The walls were heavily marked and stained, furniture was damaged, and the bathroom floor was cracked with clear signs of long standing water damage. The overall impression was of a room that had not been properly maintained for some time. I took photos during my stay because the condition was so poor.What has made this experience worse is how the complaint has been handled. I raised the issue formally and have had to chase repeatedly. Despite providing photos, booking details, and confirmation from my corporate travel agent, I have been asked multiple times to reverify that I even stayed at the hotel.The room was well below the standard expected of the Radisson brand, and the follow up process has been equally disappointing. I would strongly advise business travellers to think carefully before booking this property.
