    Stayed here for one night only, very friendly staff , clean room ,bed was good with multiple different pillows. Was just a good ' bang for your buck' ,close to centre by tram ( 5 min walk to tram) free parking ( normally 24 Eur) . Towels were not spotless but for around eur 100, ,for 1 night in a 3 star hotel I would do it again. If you want higher end, is fine ofcourse but pay eur 200 plus.     Stayed one nigth at the Tulip Inn Antwerpen - late check inn, early check out. The hotes was chosen because it was near the motorway. The hotel in some areas look a bit tired, the corridors had paint missing on walls, probably from cleaning carts or suitcases hitting them. The room was a mixed experience, the beds where old and worn out, light bulps missing in 2 lamps, but the bathroom was clean and nice, looked like it had recently been refurbished. Also the lounge and breakfast area looked like it had recently been refurbished, and breakfast was a pleasant experience.     The room resembled a student dormitory. The curtains had stains. There was no fridge, air conditioning, or disposable slippers. The bathroom was clean but had no pigalle...The staff was unsmiling and didn't make you feel welcome.     We stayed here for 2 nights . The staff were very nice and friendly. Parking the car was easy, and it was nice to have a bar and restaurant on site. The room was clean, adequate and comfortable. Somewhat noisy from the other guests, though. Additionally the breakfast selection is good, but the layout somewhat confusing with quite angry customers walking into you.There was confusion over the half board arrangements, which was for a gourmet menu but was in the fact a table dhote budget menu. This was despite being a member of their club.. The food was fried and not particularly good . I would not eat here again Transport into town is a 5 minute walk.     Stayed here for a few days to work at a conference. I'll get the negative out of the way first, the corridor carpets could have done with a really good clean on my floor (2) and the curtains my room had seen better days, that's it. The room was clean and had everything I needed, the hotel itself had free parking (always a bonus) and I had no problem getting parked. The area itself seems pretty easy to park in if the car park is full though. All the staff I met were great, really friendly and helpful and happy to chat for a while (a real bonus if you're travelling solo). The breakfast was great and had a good variety and I used the restaurant a couple of times in the evening and found it excellent, the food was well cooked and delicious. The bar had a decent selection of beers to choose from and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy it in. Trams are a 5 minute walk so handy for getting around. Overall I'd recommend.
