    Part of a coach tour. Base for three nights, a little anxious but no need to be.Excellent room. Comfortable. Advice on how to operate the heating might help, but not essential. Breakfast good, continental with choice, dont expect anything else if I'm on European Continent so no complaints here.Set evening meal for coach party for two evenings. Very palatable and cooked well and served hot and quickly, if I dont like a particular food its my problem. Staff, helpful and accommodating. Basically this hotel does what it says on the tin plus a little bit more.

    Disappointed our room felt slightly damp and there was an unpleasant smell, the wall under the window had been repaired but still needed painting. Good points were the staff in the restaurant for our Dinner were great and the food also OK, a good selection for breakfast .

    Having used the Ibis Styles brand in the past on business we thought we'd give the Arlon one a try while making our way to Austria - we were not disappointed.The hotel is relatively new and is spotlessly clean. The rooms were of a generous size and well equipped. We took advantage of the in-house restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The room rate includes breakfast and this was also comprehensive. Service overall was good and Sebastien on Reception was very informative.Given its close proximity to the E25 Charleroi-Luxembourg autoroute it made a fine overnightstay having left Calais at 13.00 the same day.We would certainly recommend.
