    The Bryghia is in a great location, close to the centre but very quiet. It's good value as Bruges can be an expensive place to stay. Quite basic but incredibly friendly and helpful and has all you need, including parking places very nearby. Would definitely recommend,.

    The service was amazing. The owner took the time to give us instructions to every place we wanted to visit. The rooms are clean comfortable beds. They helped us with our luggage.

    What a lovely, friendly hotel. It was immaculate, the owner and his father were so helpful.The continental breakfast was delicious and varied, lots of choices.The bed was very comfortable with plenty of space in the room for clothes, and also a small fridge with complimentary water.It was a short walk into the centre, and a beautiful place to explore.Thank you Steven and family.

    Absolutely fantastic stay,.the staff were amazing and it's a great location.Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be coming back.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bathroom was a bit tired.Thanks again for your hospitality and information on Bruges.

    An excellent 3-star city-break hotel. Booked as part of a Eurostar package to Bruges, the Bryghia must be one of the best small independent city hotels we have stayed in. Tucked away in a small square just off Jan Van Eyck Plein, in the north of the city centre, it was easy to get to from the station. I had emailed the hotel in advance for directions, and the efficient and helpful reply was spot on. There is a local no 2 bus or free city shuttle bus that stops just around the corner from the hotel, but we, however, decided to walk the estimated 40 minutes across town. A good decision, it was beautiful weather and we could take in this amazing, fascinating, beautiful city. A nice flat walk on the cobbles.A great welcome by Steven, the owner/manager/receptionist; he does it all and a font of knowledge on where, when, how and what to do in Bruges.A very unfussy, small, neat and traditional bed and breakfast hotel, on the site of the Hanseatic League Headquarters. Bruges bristles with history.Our room had everything we needed, fridge, safe, tea-making set, good sized bathroom and a huge, comfy bed. Lots of power sockets. All very clean and excellent daily chambermaid service .The location of the hotel is great, an eight-minute walk to the Grand Place/ Markt Square and, once you have your bearings, everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel was exactly what we wanted for this trip, a convenient, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Ideal for a city break. And great value.
