This fabulous hotel enjoys a central location in Bruges. Guests may enjoy fabulous views out over the old castle and the historical centre of Bruges. Links to the public transport network are about 500 m away.

    My stay at the Crowne plaza exceeded my expectations, location was superb, friendly and helpful staff, rooms were lovely and a great selection for breakfast, one staff member I would like to especially praise is Gwendolin, her service and friendliness was first class.

    From start to finish our stay at the Crowne Plaza Brugge was excellent. All the staff were helpful and gave excellent customer service. A special shout out to Gwendolyn who went above and beyond every day. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a great choice for breakfast. We would highly recommend and will be back.

    Great location in the centre of the old town. Maybe not the charmn of some of the boutique hotels we have stayed at here, but the rooms were excellent.As was the personable and professional attention we received from all the staff, particualrly at reception.We will stay here the next time we go to Bruges.

    The only place we will stay in Bruges. Always good service and good quality rooms. Parking is a bonus as is the wonderful location. We will be back at Christmas again as normal.

    'A-grade' location and still a good Crowne Plaza

    Rooms with the angled headboard are still as comfortable as before. The pool and gym are clean, if not the most modern. Plaza Cafe restaurant is not necessarily a modern space with decor from the early 2010's, but the food at dinner and breakfast was tasty and well presented. It is a very peaceful location, and I enjoyed the sound of the clock chiming from the square or the sound of the horse and cart passing by. Team at Reception were friendly and engaging. I appreciated the upgrade to a room with a view of the square. Overall, a little old-fashioned, but the location, team and food meant this is still a good choice.
