This elegant hotel is located alongside the picturesque Den Dijver canal in Bruges, directly in the centre of the old town and in the vicinity of countless museums and further attractions. The nearest public transport stop is about 500 m away. Brussels Airport is some 100 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 45 rooms, including 4 single rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Amazing hotel in the heart of Bruges

    I absolutely loved my stay here! We loved our room with a canal view, so definitely splurge for the view. Everything is within a 10 minute walk and it's quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing, service 10/10 and we loved the unique amenities left for us each night at turndown. I would absolutely stay here again. It's family run and you can definitely tell by how well they treat their customers!

    Peaceful retreat in the heart of Bruges

    Having been to Bruges previously chose Hotel De Tuilerieen mainly for the rear parking provided and for the hotel’s location. Greeted upon arrival. Had a lovely quiet room overlooking the canal. Loved the kettle for making tea and also the hooks for hanging up our jackets as so often just tossed on a chair in a hotel. Bed to sink into and great rain shower. The only quirk in the room was the toilet in the shower area which was all to do with space, but awkward if someone was in the shower and the other needed to use the toilet! Inviting breakfast buffet ably served by Alice. Also enjoyed The Lounge for a lighter evening option.For us was value for money and would recommend the hotel to friends and would stay again if ever in Bruges.     Such a pity! Location and the executive room with canal view were fantastic, but it was my first and last time for this hotel.Bathroom floor is very slippery with shiny floor, and a bath tub only, no way to prevent water around. Even a large mat in front of bathtub, does not cpver the rest of area, so please be very careful if you stay there.Caused a fall, but what makes me not going next time to this 5 star hotel, is encountering a bath tawel with dirt and hairs on it ! This is a no! No, and when I showed it and another dirty towel to the lady receprtionist, she even did not say sorry !!!!I couldn't eat at the hotel' restaurant because it was fully taken by a large group with a business event at the hotel, so can't comment on thos feature.     Comfortable with some suggestions for bathroom during a future reno

    Location and atmosphere were both great. Amenities were good; very clean hotel and fantastic/friendly staff. Good breakfast daily! We would’ve loved the toilet not being directly in front of the shower door-it was very tight and if you were in the shower you couldn’t get out if someone was on the toilet. That was 1 bathroom; the other bathroom my kids were in flooded daily as the pony glass 1/2 glass shower wasn’t large enough to keep water in the shower.
