We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bruges. The whole place felt modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable; everything you want for a relaxing break. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.The food was a real highlight. It was clearly high quality with no corners cut, and every breakfast felt like a treat. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore everything Bruges has to offer.We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If your going to Bruges, then I cannot recommend this hotel anything less than full stars. Lovely staff, breakfast is on another level, clean and comfy rooms and the best location, with little bars and restaurants local so its quite quiet at night but only a 10 min walk to the busy areas. Perfect 👌

A lovely hotel in a great location with safe underground parking.

We arrived very early by car and we had booked a parking space so asked if before check-in we could park and enjoy the city. This wasn’t a problem, we had arrived after checkout time so there were spaces available.We were asked if we’d like to bring our luggage in to be stored but chose to leave it all in the underground parking as it appeared safe and gated. We messaged the hotel to confirm our parking beforehand, you will need to do this if you’re bringing a car. Parking was charged at €25 a night. A little pricey we think, but needs must.Driving to the hotel was easy, but you feel you’re driving down tiny streets that you shouldn’t be driving down. Follow your satnav and hotel guidance as there’s a no go area for cars nearby and one way streets. We spent many hours having a look around beautiful Bruges before checking in. We had a warm welcome, were given a room on floor 2 overlooking the courtyard. It was really nice. Comfortable, clean, with safe, fridge, toiletries and a coffee machine. They left fresh water daily for us to drink. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean with lovely lighting. Breakfast was downstairs from the bar and reception. There were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the delicious food. There was so much choice, cooked breakfast, continental pastries, salmon, lovely bread, pancakes fruits, meat and cheeses. Water, fruit juices, hot drinks.3 stayed for 3 nights, plenty of time to enjoy this beautiful, clean and very friendly city. The location of this hotel is excellent. Easy to walk to everywhere in the city, the park, the windmills, shopping and all the lovely eateries. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
