The hotel is located just a 15-minute stroll from the Market Square of this beautiful old town. Het Zand Square, with its concert hall and many bars and restaurants, is only 50 m away, and there are public transport connections within approximately 100 m.

The hotel has a lift and features 24 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     overpriced. The sound of the road opposite was loud. no shampoo in the bathroom. stains on the wall. no communal facilities worth mentioning. the car park was full and the underground parking was quite a mission to use.

    The room and bed is comfortable. The location is handy for the city centre - within a 10 minute walk - and also just a 15 minute walk to the train station (with large suitcases!). We did not use the hotel breakfast so we cannot comment, other than the quoted 20€ pp seems rather expensive compared to the wonderful options available within such close proximity to the hotel at the many different independent cafes and brunch spots. We felt a little miffed about only being rationed 1 tea/coffee per guest at the room’s tea and coffee making station, though it is worth noting that there’s a little fridge in the room so you can grab yourself some extra milk and tea from the shops and store it there for your stay! Fresh towels each day is good. The reception is not always staffed so there are a series of numbers to call and bells to ring for when you need someone, and there is a bit of a drain smell in the communal areas - though we noticed this same smell in other parts of the city, too!

    A Lovely Stay!

    We arrived a little early and there were no parking spaces available so we were advised to park in the underground parking. It actually worked out a lot cheaper! A staff member did however collect our luggage from the car whilst we were pulled up outside, which we really appreciated. Great location with a 10 minute walk to the centre. Staff were really friendly and I would definitely stay here again.The only negative was the stairwell that is in need of a little re-vamp to match the beautiful interior in the reception area.

    Stayed in a triple room in the annex with my mum and Auntie for a Christmas markets trip. Very impressed for a 3 star hotel. Lovely decor, clean modern rooms, and helpful staff. Breakfast more than adequate.Short walk to central square and good access to bus route for train station.Some reviews mentioned a sewerage smell in reception and occasionally we did note this but it didn’t detract from our stay and I noticed it in other spots in the city too. I guess it’s due to the city being on a canal.Would definitely book again.

    We stayed in the annexe room for 3. Was really nice and clean, good facilities and the breakfast was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely book here again as not too far out of the centre. We stayed here for the Xmas markets which were a short walk away.
