Location

The elegant luxury hotel is situated right in the historical centre of Bruges, only 150 m from the market square.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 8 apartments and 42 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace is included as standard. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has 50 non-smoking rooms.

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    Very nice hotel. Really good location, so central but not noisy.We reserved a parking space, the car park - only for 4 cars is very tight but manageable with care.Breakfast is very good, quality food and a good selection. Staff are very professional. My only criticism is that the carpets were stained - it looked like bleach stains in the corridor but also stained in the hotel room around the bed. I don’t want to be too negative about this as nothing felt dirty and maybe we only noticed because everything else was so good but the carpet probably does need replacing.     Great staff making us feel very welcome . Nice ambience which made the hotel feel special

    Sited close to most Brugge attractions it is ideally located for exploring the area. Our reception was very friendly and efficient ,and the staff we dealt with spoke fluent English. The entrance way was very impressive and had a very restful atmosphere. The room was nicely decorated and had a superior feeling to it , it had a tall ceiling with an impressive chandelier which added to the ambiance . There were most essentials in the room including kettle and coffee machine . The bed was very comfortable too.     Great Stay in Beautiful Bruges

    I visited Dukes Arches for a second time in December to experience the Christmas markets. Once again, we had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. The lobby and bar were beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is in the perfect location - close to everything but not where the noisy crowds will bother you. Bruges is safe and walkable. You will love it!As a reminder to Americans - take your own wash cloth with you! They don’t have any.
