Disappointing for 4 star hotel

Hotel for 4 * needs a lot of Tlc. The rooms need soundproofing. You can hear every little noise. Good points, the receptionist very good, taxi at half price into brugge. Our friends had breakfast 25 euro a head, they said it was dreadful. Good body lotion and toiletries. Rooms and bed very good. Don't know how to make a good Aperol spritzer, far too much aperol and hardly any spritz, that's my opinion of course.

Not entirely sure why this hotel has such great reviews. It's tired, dated and uncomfortable. Breakfast was really expensive, so we didn't bother. Walls are dirty, furniture very old and towels ancient. WiFi didn't work, kettle wouldn't stop boiling unless you unplugged it. Light by the bed was hanging off the wall, revealing wires. Walls had huge cracks in.

This Hotel is perfect, one night stay, room very comfortable and spacious, very clean, bed comfortable. Its just a stunning place. Hotel bar was good, plenty of room in the restaurant, buffet style menu same for breakfast. Great to relax..

A very good hotel 5 min's off the motorway,exelent room large bathroom comfortable bed 9( matress was a bit soft ),i had a bar snack in the evening it was very good and the bar had a good selection of drink's,large free car park.The staff at reception and in the bar were very good.

Huge rooms…. Stayed here for the night on the bank holiday weekend after missing my crossing. Lovely place a mix off old and new. I have a huge room with a massive bathroom. Very comfortable bed spacious and warm. The restaurant bar staff were very attentive and I couldn’t fault them. I would happily stay here again
