    Loved his hotel, full of old fashioned character and nice welcoming staff, parking was easy and its in a fantastic location. Near to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist venues, this handy hotel has a lot to offer. We drove from London, it was hassle free. Breakfast was good and substantial and the location was quiet.

    lovely hotel in the centre of Brugge. In the past I have stopped on the outside and walked in but this was much better. They have onsite car parking which you pay extra for but the convince of having the car to drop in my latest shopping was wonderful. I can honestly say that the moment you arrive you felt welcome here. Not just the usual "Hello how are you" but a good long conversation where you could enjoy the chat. they had a bar in the building where each night you were invited if you liked to spend some time. i do not usually drink that much but every night i felt like I would pop down to have a chat :) The three person room which we are stopping in does need some work doing on it as it does look quite tired now but the rest of the hotel easily makes up for this. Also out of the room we had a good view of the canal which runs right next to the hotel

    Lovely unspoilt hotel in Bruges centre

    Great hotel with good prices. This is a charming old style hotel. Everything inside traditional and welcoming. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and location is absolutely perfect being within town centre. The big bonus is that it has parking available at small extra cost. Reserve it when you make your booking. Breakfast included in the room rate to so no hidden surprises. Will certainly use it again next time I visit.

    Great Hotel by the Old Water Canal

    I enjoyed my 20 days stay here in bruges at Azalea. It would like to share my experience.1. Well its located close enough to the railway station [ 10 mins walk] , Bus station [5 mins] but Airport is quite far off [take a train to brussels -2hrs]2. Its a very old building , so every foot step is heard but at least the amenities are not that old. They have a nice bathroom[ Lots of Tissue paper and supplies] but certain things needs repair like the hair dryer, spacious bedroom with a large bed, lights a little dim but not to worry - Sun to the rescue .3. At the reception I only remember Lisa and an Old man , both are the kindest people you'l find on this planet and the old Man likes to talk a lot so good to engage in lengthy conversations with him because he is awake almost all the time. There is a printer if that helps for ya. Just be wary of the weird keyboard format , its not QWERTY.4. They have complimentary breakfast early morning 8 30 - 11 , so good stuff Bacon,Salami,eggs, Cereals ,Lots of bread, Nutella ,Juice , Fruits. A chef is always present there who will make tea/coffee , scrambled eggs as per your request. Also worth mentioning the waiter , he is hilarious ,friendly and a polyglot [knows even Hindi] !5. 5 mins walk to centrum and 10 mins walk to markt[Awesome place] where you will find church bells chiming in a beautiful rhythm whilst the small droplets of rain make your day amazing and lot of restaurants and markets. Around the hotel you can find many shops ,brands. Each shop will have good discounted offers so do check it out?6. Largest Super Market Carrefour - 10 mins walk, little far but you get all supplies , There is a smaller carrefour nearby too [5 mins]7. Pubs/restaurants almost every 100 foot steps you should find one , question is which one to choose.I visited CafePick [Nice people,Loud Music,Cheap Beer and Good DJ]8.You will find 50% of people cycling , I rented one somewhere near markt 150Euros for 15 days to get to work[You can bargain] so better get one as taxi is little expensive.Overall really satisfied with my stay here and would definitely recommend as its cheaper as compared to the restand located closer to the main tourist attractions as well as railway/bus station and good services.

    Stayed here for two nights. The lobby was dressed with a beautiful xmas tree, with a sweeping staircase my expectations was high. The room we were given was dated but clean. The bed however was low and uncomfortable. We had view of rooftops very disappointing. The breakfast was lovely and staff was friendly. Location was brilliant in a quite street next to canal not far from shopping area. I would stay again.
