    Hello. I need to complain about what happened today during the breakfast in NH BRUGE, witch we stayed for the last night. There was a MOUSE over the serve table near the open granolas. Service people got the animal and DID NOT TOUCH the open food, leaving it as it was, for the next guests. The was disgusting and unnapropriate for any hotel. Where are the health protocols? We are truly sorry to learn of your distress and understand how upsetting this must have been.It is the first time that an incident like that happened in our hotel.     The small walking distance from the historical center makes the hotel's location ideal. Big and old fashioned rooms. Small missing spots in daily cleaning. Breakfast average with problem on buffet refilling. Ordered omelet was unacceptable due to missing ingredients and row eggs. Service was polite and quick from the young staff.     Great location 10 minute walk from station and 10 minutes the other way to all the wonderful sights of Brugge.Hotel room was very comfortable and quiet. Hotel was very nice although we didn’t eat there. Staff friendly and helpful. Also had a small gym. Can recommend.
