    Very poor cancellation process

    Don’t book direct. Their cancellation process is ancient. I had a refundable booking for two rooms and cancelled in March when I made a reservation closer to my family in another part of town. Never got confirmation of cancellation. Didn’t know we still had a reservation until the day of our stay when I checked email via local wifi. I called, but it was one hour past their noon cancellation polity timing and they would not waive the cancellation fee.

    Wonderful hotel in walking distance everywhere

    This is very lovely hotel. It's very close to the old town, next to Central station + metro stations and Cathedral. Still it's very quiet. Rooms are great, complimentary coffee station, breakfast were good too. Staff was really nice and made our stay pleasant there. I would be happy to stay here again.     Noisy area. They love sirens in Brussels throughout the night. Stayed on 2nd floor. Didn't sleep well lots of noise from street. Modern industrial feel hotel.Bed sheets scratchy. No choice of Pillows, they were too high/firm. Bed also quite firm, mediocre comfort. Breakfast adequate, no black tea/english breakfast tea. Lady at check in desk Edyta was lovely and very helpful.     We stayed from the 15th till 23rd October 2025 in a superior room with a balcony. The room is spacious, clean and newly renovated. Room amenities is O.K with daily top up of tea and coffee capsules. The biscuits are a nice touch. The staff are friendly and welcoming especially Carla who is a ray of sunshine! Well done Clara. You are helpful, always with your greet & smile and enjoyed meeting you everytime we pass by the reception. The location is also great being near to the Central station and also the Grand Place area.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
