    The man at reception was really friendly. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Centrum. The rooms are really nice. Breakfast was good.     The location was great, two train stations within walking distance Chapelle and Central. The hotel is a little walk away from the city center, but am ideal location for great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. For us the area was full of antique shops, markets and centers, exactly one of the main reasons for choosing but also the bonus of the pool and sauna, even though the pool was cold, it did help with healing our achy feet and bones after a long day of walking and exploring the city. I would recommend, just based on the location and the friendly staff.     Lovely hotel, welcoming friendly staff

    This is a lovely hotel with warm, welcoming and helpful staff.The reception area is a nice place to sit with complementary coffee. Our room was clean, tidy, well proportioned and very comfortable. The area is close to many of Brussels main attractions including Grand Place but at the same time in a quiet and secluded street. So the comfortable bed and quietness allowed a very restful sleep.There is a small jacuzzi/pool and sauna which is a nice addition in which to relax.Breakfast offers plenty options on which to start the day. Including the novelty of a DIY waffle machine and the facility to boil your own eggs We arrived in a complementary taxi but found Central station a 5 minute walk. Zuid station is a bit further but the nearby 48 bus gives a public transport option there.     Pool Out of Order!

    Well placed hotel but as we went for a spa weekend, the pool being freezing was not the service expected. As it was the weekend, no repairs could be undertaken. No offer of compensation was made. As the temperature had not been checked, we were not sure the cleanliness of the water/ facilities had been checked.
