    The location of this hotel on rue de Midi is great - Midi station and the Grand Place are both walking distance, Figuring that if I'm in a city travelling, my hotel room is literally just somewhere to sleep, I took the box room option as it was good value....and it was fine. The WiFi was good, the shower good and despite the lack of a window, the room was cool and quiet. Breakfast: you are given a voucher and choose from one of three menus. I'd have appreciated a bit more choice (e.g. of coffees and juices) but it was fine. Reception staff were helpful. I was able to store my bag after checking out without a problem.

    Great little hotel I would definitely stay here again awesome value for money. Really handy to Grand Place CBD easy to get around e.g. easy downhill walk from Gare Gentrale. Clean, comfortable bed great bathroom. TV connects easily to your phone apps like You Tube combined free WIFI. Layout is a little quirky but for the price its unbeatable. Thank you very much for an great stay .

    We enjoyed our stay at LGC. The staff were helpful throughout our stay and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours on our check out day. The rooms have quirky decor and are a decent size. The bed mattress was incredibly soft but surprisingly comfortable. We had rooms with a view and despite the roadworks on Stalingrad it was enjoyable to see the bustle of city life in Brussels. The rooms don't have a refrigerator but you can borrow a mini one for €50 holding deposit. We had breakfast at the hotel one day which was fine but nothing special and the portions were quite small. The Kaffebar across the square had very tasty food and lots of choice if yiu are are a coffee drinker. The hotel location was excellent being a 10 minute walk to la Grande Place and I would definitely consider staying here again.

    A good location, very friendly staff and a comfy bed - all at a decent price. However…One of the hinges on the toilet seat was broken, the shower fitting was very wobbly and the floor needed a proper clean, especially under the bed. The last occupant’s hair wasn’t what I wanted to find.Small details and easily fixed. A shame, really, as the good points are very strong.
