  Fantastic service.

  Estibaliz was fantastic service. All challenges were addressed and my special needs with my back injury and special services like ironing and storage and extra pillows and room temperature we were addressed. Everything was fantastic because of how great the service was. Estibaliz is such a good asset for this hotel.

  Perfect location just outside of Paris on the Seine

  This was very close to our party venue and had parking at a reasonable price. The kitchenette was very well equipped with a proper fridge. There was a kettle and a coffee machine. Capsules could be purchased at the reception. There was a vending machine for other items. There were several restaurants within walking distance. It is on a bus route. The nearest grocery shop was a 10 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our chosen room was not available when we arrived so we moved after the first night, the second room with a balcony and views down to the Seine was a lot smaller but adequate and both were very clean.   Bad service and inflexible management

  The management of this hotel is inflexible and uncompromising. In a situation of a general strike where all flights to Brussels were cancelled, they were unable to change the reservation dates despite having the approval of booking.com , available rooms and our willingness to pay an extra fee for the change.I travel a lot and this was the first time I have seen such inflexibility towards a customer in extraordinary circumstances. I will not stay at this hotel again, nor at any other hotel in the Accor group (of which I am a member). I don't know if this is the policy of the entire group, but it certainly tarnished their name.   Decent hotel, but failing on basic service

  Ok as a hotel, the room was clean when I arrived (doesn't get cleaned during the stay unless it's for over a week) However, I've have been trying to get an invoice for reimbursement, and they just ignore my emails, so at the moment I am a few hundred euros out of pocket. It's frustrating when hotels like this can't get the basics right.   Not a good business Hotel, far away from city center

  Positive: Rooms are large and cleanBreakfast was excellent (very good coffee despite the machine, freshly squeezed orange juice)Negative:Location is very far out of town (by bus it is easily 35 minutes to the centre, by underground it is only 10 minutes, but the station is also about 5 minutes away). The hotel does not have its own parking spaces or a multi-storey car park. You can use the car park of the hospital (right next door). The hotel has no special conditions.The reception is unfriendly. The staff only have eyes for their own mobile phones. Messiness on the table.
