The hotel has a lift and features 110 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.     Disappointment hot room tacky

    There was a lot of damage to the walls, both the bathroom and the living space. The kettle smelt of strong cleaner. The toilet seat area of urine. At night there was no a/c, the control was taken away during a period we would stay indoors to sleep. As a result it was horribly hot. A/C was available at the daytime only, when we did not sleep. The pillows were small, tiny and flat, the blanket too hot. It was impossible to sleep and the bed matters not fantastic.Now the good: great water machine downstairs for free water. Access to central city and parliament.     Great Location and Facilities, spotlessly clean, highly recommend.5 Minutes walk from Park de Bruxelles, 10 from Gare Central, 15 from the Berlayment.A bit expensive though.One request: please stock sanitary products, they are more urgent than shaving kits ! Despite arriving in a chaotic, loud, and frantic state due to urgent work needs and my partner’s training schedule, he remained calm and professional. He never judged us and made us feel genuinely welcome, relaxed, and respected.Later, when I realized I had forgotten my laptop charger with only one hour to spare before needing to buy a replacement in the city, Logan stepped up once again.     Good, clean hotel in a useful location

    Good location just a short walk from the city centre and near multiple metro stations, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. Rooms are comfortable if not luxurious. Showers are powerful and beds are comfortable also, great hotel to use as a base. Staff were nice but pushy about signing up for rewards.     Didn’t realize “Access” was a budget kind of Adagio.

    On the whole this remains a good value proposition for stays in the European quarter, though having now stayed in the Adagio at de Brouckère the past few times I note the difference between the “full” Adagio (much wider array of kitchen equipment, dishwasher, sitting areas, separate WC and shower room, mini gym) and this “access” model (limited kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, and rooms with bed and desk only). This is reflected in the price, but I hadn’t really stopped to think about “Access” being the budget Adagio when I picked this one. That said, the laundry was still convenient and the pizza oven was a great value for a quick dinner. Breakfast was no fuss, but had a few healthier options. The service was extremely kind from multiple colleagues and the bed comfortable. Downsides, aside from the limited kit, were more annoyance than big issue. Internet was fast, but kicked me off repeatedly - making Teams meetings difficult. TV small for the room size. Street noise apparent sirens at all hours. And no freezer meant a wasted pint of ice cream for me!On the whole, I’d probably return to the main Adagio, but wouldn’t be upset to use this one again.
