So noisy I couldn't sleep at night, and predatory management! Beware!

Tellement bruyant la nuit que j'ai dû écourter mon séjour 10 jours plus tôt. Comble de malheur, la directrice n'a accepté de me rembourser que 9 jours, sous prétexte d' "annulation tardive" ! Heureusement j'ai pu trouver un autre hôtel beaucoup plus calme le jour même, et moins cher en plus ! Quelle chance !---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It was so noisy at night that I had to cut my stay short 10 days early. To make matters worse, the manager only agreed to refund me for 9 days, claiming it was a "late cancellation"!Luckily, I was able to find another, much quieter hotel that same day, and cheaper too! What luck!

Fantastic location for City Break

The location of this 3* hotel is super, its a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place and around the same distance to Saint Catherine's Metro stop. The staff are friendly and check in quick. The rooms are a little dated, but the showers are good and the beds are really comfortable. The continental breakfast was great, the coffee and pastries were excellent.

This hotel is an ideal place to stay for visiting Brussels.It is a bit basic,but the rooms are nice and big with comfortable beds and a good shower.The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean.The location is good,with many bars and restaurants nearby and the main square is just a short walk away.The breakfast was good and the price was very reasonable.

A good place to explore Brussels

Great location from which to explore the city and close to some great restaurants and bars. It was close to the metro for access to the station too.The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We got excellent restaurant recommendations and lots of good advice for seeing the city. The room was spacious and well furnished, well equipped and very clean and well finished. Everything worked! Excellent hotel for price. Clean, excellent location for city centre. Let down by safe not working. Luckily friends in next room had one.
