    Shabby, run-down, dirty

    In two words: shabby and rundown. I selected B-Aparthotel Montgomery because of its location (close to where my son had to be taking his exams). I wasn’t expecting a five-star quality stay, but what I found was not even worth one star. The room smelled of stale cigarette (even if it was a non-smoking studio) and it lacked basic things like a night table or a desk lamp. Furniture was old and rundown, and many things were broken (you can see them in the pictures, plus the TV, which I didn’t photographed). And the condition of the electric wiring was worrisome, if not dangerous (see the picture of the outlet). Because it is an aparthotel, there is no front desk and you need to call to ask for questions or service. The people who answer the phone know nothing; they just connect you with someone else, but connection never happens (I tried twice). In the end, they had me waiting on the line while they called someone else. On the plus side: nice hot water in the shower.

    Deception!

    It has been a deceiving experience.Old fashioned Room sufficiently big but Not well Cleaned. Old kitchenette. No welcoming items (teabag, instant coffee, chocolate sugar or a bottle of mineral water).To turists: DON'T FORGET PAYING the city tax within the 24h.The reception,that is located in Ambiorix and not in the hall of the Aparthotel, will block the entry to your room without any piece of advice...

    Worst Hotel Experience of my life

    Been for 1 week. I've stayed in B Apart Hotels in the past (6 years ago) and had some good memories of them. Evidently they've let the hotel go to ruins. It has now became the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Professional scammers.Dirty walls, broken furniture, unhelpful hotel staff. Broken AC in the middle of winter and no customer service at all.Luckily my experience has made that no one from the company will ever step foot in here again (hope I can convince people reading this review to stay the hell out of B Aparts as well).     Could not fault our stay

    The apartment was excellent. We were there for a month and will stay there again hopefully when we return to Brussels again. Yes there are fittings that are showing their age but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The position regarding access to transport could not be better.There were a couple of minor issues we had when we first arrived such as a tap that would not turn off, but these were dealt with immediately upon receiving my email. To me that is more important than if everything runs smoothy.     Very average, but adequate + great location

    Excellent location, one minute walk to the subway, buses, trams, etc. Room service personnel very friendly. The one bedroom apartment was a decent size. Kitchenette small, but adequate. Overall the furnishings, kitchenette, etc. are outdated and could use updating, but suited our purposes just fine for the 10 days we were there.If you're expecting four star accommodation, then you'll be disappointed. If you set your expectations, then you'll be satisfied.Parking available on site for a fee. Pets accepted for a fee.
