  ⚠️ DANGEROUS BEDBUG INFESTATION & PHYSICAL INJURIES – Room 24

  STAY AWAY! This was a nightmare. Our stay was cut short on Feb 27th due to a severe bedbug infestation in Room 24. My mother suffered extensive bites and physical injuries all over her body, confirmed by official medical reports. We have video evidence of the insects. The room was unsanitary and unfit for human habitation. Management has been notified of this major health and safety breach. Total health hazard.

  This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the bed looked like it had already been slept in — the sheets and pillows were dirty, and the whole room just felt unclean. When we brought it up with management, they casually told us that was “normal,” which was shocking. To make things worse, the phone number they gave us didn’t work, so we had to walk 1.5km to the main office just to speak to someone in person.The entire place felt neglected and dirty. Most of the furniture shown in the listing photos was either missing or in awful condition. There were stains and marks on the floor, on the furniture, and even on the ceilings. The microwave was yellowed with grime, the bathroom floors were filthy, and the shower was rusted with heavy water stains. The toilet had a see-through glass door — no privacy whatsoever, which made absolutely no sense.They provided plates and cutlery but not a single cleaning product, no dish soap, no sponge, and no housekeeping at all. Bizarrely, they left recipe books, but there was no stove or kitchenware to cook anything with — just that same dirty microwave.It honestly felt like the whole place had been left to fall apart, and no one seemed to care. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  Spacious room and huuge comfy bed

  The room was spacious and the bed was really large and comfy. Great selection of tv channels available. The staff when contacted were really helpful and organised.Location was okay. A very quiet area which was great but it’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre. There is a tube directly opposite the hotel though and it was very cheap to use.   My nightmare in brussels I did pay 500 euro for a hole I never did

  Please please always do inventory with them when you arrive because I did pay 500 euro for a hole I found in the kitchen wall when I arrived and the answer they are given to me that you should have told us.Svp svp toujours faire un constat des lieu car j I du payer 500 euro pour un trou que je n ai pas fais juste par ce que nous n avions pas fait l etat des lieu quand je suis arrive.   Room and personnel was nice, streetnoise wasn't

  Although we got a message that we needed to pay taxes upfront, in the end there was someone available for our check-in.The hotel and rooms were nice as such, but there was a lot of streetnoise, as the hotel is situated on a busy main street.If that doesn't bother you, it is a very nice place, although there is no breakfast service during the weekend.
