The drawbacks of staying at this hotel are totally compensated by excellent staff performance. People at the reception - Maraque ( sorry if the name is misspelled) , Matteo - were always very helpful and friendly, being able to efficiently operate under stress.

This has been our worse stay at a Best Western HotelWarning if you get a room at the front of the hotel you will hear sirens going off until midnight then start up again at 06.00 a.m. emergency services and the trams.It is on a main road.This was a surprise trip for my husbands birthday and we came home more tired than when we went.

Overall best western was a good experience, a couple problems such as the lift doesn’t always work but there’s stairs close by anyway! Lovely staff, lovely room. Staff even allowed us to check in early which was a big positive for us. Definitely recommend the breakfast too, it was delicious!

Location :- Close enough to the main train station ( Brussel Nord ) which is literally 10 mins walk. Atmosphere - Quiet enough inside the room given the fact that the hotel is lit on the main road. Good value for money considering the fact that it's only 15 mins walk from the main square / main city centre. Clean room and friendly staff. We did have the option for breakfast in the morning but choose to have breakie outside.
