This modern city hotel is located at the heart of Brussels just a few paces from the famous Grand Place. It is also just a short walk to the royal palace and the popular antiques market. A tram station lies close to the hotel and offers excellent links to nearby venues and there are an abundance of cafés and restaurants situated in the near vicinity.

Facility

73 rooms, including 4 single rooms and 25 double rooms, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park.     Location is perfect to visit Brussels. Atmosphere friendly and relaxed. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom very tiny but well equipped with toiletries. Service and cleaners to be improved: left underwear to dry after washing up on a towel in the bathroom , never found it again ! Cleaners and staff just told me no way to get it back ! Underwear Sloggy expensive brand but no excuse have been done! Breakfast to be improved on hot meals: scrambled eggs yellowish and dry as cooked ages before and sauced beans as well not worth to try. Guys at reception nice but not really caring.

    The room itself was spacious and modern. Large safe and fridge. Had the best nights sleep on the very comfortable bed! The location was fine for me - a few nice local restaurants (ate well at Floyd’s). It’s close to the police station I think as there were a few sirens heard in the late evening. The reception was very quiet without any atmosphere but this wasn’t an issue for me.     The hotel’s location is excellent, and the front office staff are very professional. However, the cleanliness, noise level, and the quality of the pillows could be improved.     A middling hotel, comfortable, but unremarkably average across the board.

    Overall this was a middling experience in an unremarkable hotel.Location was very good -- an easy walk into the city centre. It was noisy with the road outside but we slept incredibly well despite that. Our conclusion on the room was that for a few Euros it could have easily been brought up to a higher standard: sort out the bathroom door handle so it worked properly, replace the thin towels, replace the terrible pillows. But the beds were comfortable, we slept well and we stayed 6 nights. There was nothing terrible here... just a slightly tired hotel which needs a small amount of investment to bring it up to scratch. We were perfectly comfortable. It was neither good value for money nor bad value... just ok.We avoided breakfast -- that part erred towards terrible value for money. For the same price or less you could get far better at Leopolds or Paul's bakery about 3 minutes walk away. So we did that.Reception was friendly, but we didn't really ask anything of them. Now we know Brussels better we would choose somewhere else at a similar budget. However I think we have exhausted Brussels so I'm not sure we'll be back anyway!     Disappointing

    Convenient for centre, most attractions just 15mins walk away, and close to botanique metro station. That's the pros. The cons are room was VERY VERY noisy. Bar listed as open till 11 but at 9.30 no drinks available as shut. No restaurant next door as listed and snacks are very very minimal. This IS an issue as if it's raining heavily the 10-15 min walk to get dinner is a pain. Breakfast, again adequate but overpriced snd not much selection. Lifts horrid.
