  Have to write this here, because booking doesn't let me. The stay was awful, please do not go there. Room was not the same as advertised, very dirty, old, at floor level (you could hear everything outside), and the shower was leaking into an electric outlet causing a fire hazard. We booked two nights, had to leave (it was very dangerous) and they did not offer us a refund as a token of goodwill. Please, get away from this hotel!

  My stay was going alright until check out, after that, I received multiple emails from the property that were upsetting.

  I stayed here and my experience was good until the checkout time when the guy was incredibly rude to me, I proceeded to contact the hotel and I was told my experience would qualify for a 15 euro refund which I was okay with but they stated the only way to get the refund was to give a “Iban” and “swift code” from my bank which I don’t have because I am not from their country. I then left a bad review on booking.com with a detailed explanation of everything that happened, (I originally stated in the review that the hotel was not willing to give a refund for my experience. What I meant was a “full refund” and they proceeded to email me to accuse me of “defamation” and “extortion/blackmail” all of which I did not do. They threatened to get the police involved if I did not remove my negative review. I simply left a bad review in accordance with my experience with the hotel. I had no intention or desire to "defame/blackmail" anyone. The only blackmailing that was done was by this Romain Dahlan person. Please see screenshots of emails from the hotel. I informed them I would not like a refund anymore. I just want to get this out there to make sure everyone knows what they are capable of. I do not recommend staying here at all! I was speaking with an “Romain Dahlan” who is a General Manager.

  The hotel is excellent. It is shown as a three star…. and that is exactly what it is. The bedroom was a great size with attached bathroom and small balcony. The bed was comfortable being remade each day by the cleaning staff. The reception staff were excellent. They were polite and helpful. What more could you ask for? A breakfast was provided ( at a cost) if you wanted one.Would definitely return.

  5/5. Perfect. Very clean, looked after extremely well, delicious food, extra luxuries, immaculate private bathroom, quite location and comfy bed. Best thing was the staff who are amazing. Could not ask for better. Staff went above and beyond in such a friendly and helpful manner. Multi lingual, which puts British people to shame. Absolutely perfect 10 STARS!

  Not all rooms have ac. We’re in large group and got a room with a fan. Not sure whether it will be enough, even in October. We’re older and get overheated easily. We’re not offered a choice, unfortunately assumed ac would be a given. Silly me. I thought this was a southern European issue.
