Location

Situated on a quiet street on the edge of the city´s historic centre, the hotel is located near to the Grand Place, Manneken Pis and various museums. Near the hotel are charming restaurants and pubs of all kinds, including many authentic seafood restaurants around the old fish market. Beautiful parks are accessible by underground in roughly 15 minutes. The metro station is just in front of the hotel, and the shopping area Rue Neuve is only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is about 30 km from Antwerp International Airport and about 15 km from Brussels South Charleroi Airport.

Facility

125 studios and 125 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    I Stayed at this hotel in the one bedroom apartment 1202 from the 2nd of February to the 5th of February 2026, I only stayed here because I was doing activities with other people staying there, the positives is that the room is spacious and you literally have everything you need, theres no cleaning service unless you pay for it separately, but for a short stay is ok. another positive is the location.now for the negatives: the service is just not good at all, the safe in the room wasn't working, it was as simple as changing the batteries of the display, and I told them 3 times, literally every day I was reminding them the safe wasn't working, and their attitude was to look at me like "yes you already told us" but then when you hear stories that their palace of justice has had scaffolding since the 80s and its been waiting to be restored since then you learn that Belgians are not famous for being efficient, so maybe now they know they need to change the batteries they would get around to fix it in 40 years.other negative is the sheets, they have something that looks like a disposable mattress protector and some sheets that are not fitted, so every morning I woke up sleeping on the raw mattress.     Comfortable and quiet room, friendly service. Main complaint is the inconsistent internet. Would work fine for a while, and then frequently disconnect. I stayed in a satellite building, so it may work better in the main hotel.     The room did not have air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in during the summer. The service at breakfast was disappointing; the staff member in charge seemed polite only when addressed in French, and otherwise responded with little courtesy.     Watch out for this hotel

    The hotel is outrageous. I arrived at the hotel with a legitimate reservation made through booking.com. The receptionist told med that they did not have a room anyway and sent me to a sister hotel in another area of Bruxelles. The room was prepaid. Even though it was the hotel which cancelled the room they refuse to reimburse the 172 Euros i had paid. I was also charged 172 Euros in their sister hotel and has thus paid for the cancelled room and the rescheduled room. Watch out for this hotel.
