    Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! To start with it was very noisy. Every door in the place crashes shut with a huge noise and there were lots of suspicious comings and goings during the night, with headboards banging!!!! My sliding bathroom door was hanging off, there was a blood stain on my bedsheet and when I went to fill the kettle, the water inside it was black, so I didn't use it.

    Comfortable and convenient stay after a late arrival on Eurostar. This hotel is very convenient for the Eurostar terminal - only a 5 minute walk away. We did not see any of the unsavouries that others have reviewed - the walk felt safe.The receptionist was very welcoming. The room was small but provided everything we needed for one night. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we got a good night's sleep. This hotel provided exactly what we needed - no complaints.

    It was a comfortable stay for the time we spent in Brussels. The bed was super comfortable. The WiFi was not great! Clean room and bathroom, with daily housekeeping. Reception staff polite and helpful. Location is a bit of a let down, lots of building works right outside the hotel. Area a bit rundown.

    The hotel itself is close to the Eurostar station which is why I chose it.The hotel is very clean and the rooms are ok but….The area round the hotel is a no go after dark, homeless and drug users litter the streets. Lots of previous reviews are spot on with the complaints about the thin walls and constant door banging. The room I was in was very cold and there were no heating controls.The hotel has no bar facilities to get a drink or fresh coffee which means venturing out and to get decent food this means going into town so the money saved on this hotel would be better spent on a centre hotel.For one night or two you would cope. My stay was longer but i checked out early and booked a better hotel after telling myself there must be more to life.The staff at the hotel are great on a plus point.

    + Rasheed was nice, friendly and cooperative. I made him several requests, and he complied every time.+ Location is great, just few minutes of walk from Brussels Midi station.+ WIFI was good.+ Warm water was available, however, one has to wait few minutes for it.+ Lift is available.- Rasheed didn't speak good English, which is important if you are sitting at reception of a hotel.- Construction was going on infront of the hotel, as a result, Google Maps wasn't working at its best when I was navigating to reach the hotel.- Room sizes are weird and/or false information is displayed about them on the page. We had two triple rooms, one was DEFINITELY smaller than the other. Both were NOT of equal sizes.- Lift is small.
