Location

The conference hotel is situated at the heart of Brussels, within a short walk of the tourist centre around the Grand Place, and the railway station. The botanical gardens lie beside the hotel and it is just a short distance to a diverse selection of shopping venues, the main exhibition centres and the European institutions. Brussels airport is 12 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 354 rooms and 8 suites. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym, callisthenics, aerobics and a sauna.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    HOT— the A/C is controlled by the outdoor temp allegedly. Our room was HOT!! Could not sleep… no air circulation. They had the maintenance people here… bottom line is… if you like to sleep HOT you will be good. Otherwise do not stay here.     The hotel definitely deserves the highest rating! First of all very good location (15 -20 min walk from main attractions) which makes getting around and exploring very convenient. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making the stay truly enjoyable.A special mention goes to the beautifully renovated lobby: elegant, modern, and very atmospheric. However, the biggest highlight is the delicious breakfasts, a wide selection, fresh products, and everything tastes amazing.On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.     Excellent hotel, in a great location.

    The hotel:Excellent welcome from staff, very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room was ready, great start.Given cookies on arrival- delicious. Our room was great, super comfy bed, the shower was fabulous. The room has everything you need, all toiletries. There are water stations on each floor, and glass bottles in the room to fill. What a fabulous idea. We didnt eat in the hotel, but went to the bar for a drink, again friendly staff. Location:Great location 2 minute walk if that to the metro, less than 10 minutes from Brussels nord train station, which goes directly to the airport. Its about a 15 minute walk to Grand Place lots of bars, restaurants, shops and things to see.There are restaurants by the hotel too.We went to Bruges for the day, beautiful town/city well with a visit, about an hour away on the train.I'd highly recommend this hotel, thank you Kim and Fanny you were wonderful.
