The hotel is located in the immediate proximity of the European Union buildings, at Schuman station. It lies 500 m from the nearest restaurants and shops and 1 km from the city centre. Brussels Airport is just 12 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 16 suites and 133 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I would recommend First Euroflat. From the moment I arrived I encountered friendly helpful and courteous staff members. Although check is was from 3pm I arrived at 11am to find my room ready. This was a great bonus. My room was large well equipped and most importantly very clean. Yes the hotel is dated but I enjoyed my stay I had everything I needed and more. Breakfast was very good.     Good stay, plenty of street parking. Checked in early without a problem, friendly staff. Rooms were big and garden rooms had a balcony. Yes they are dated but still very clean. Good power shower. Just needs decorating, but overall a good stay.     Be very careful when booking this because it does not look nowhere near like in the pictures. The wifi is very bad, the bathroom is horrendous and outdated as well as the furniture.     You may drive this 30 year old Audi but just watch out

    You can probably write a thick novel about our good old Euroflat in Brussels where lots of us spent hours of our illustrious and promising youth as delegates and diplomats going to BXL for this or that reason. But in case someone needs an updated advice, here it is:If you want to stay close to Berlaymont/Council, stay there. This hotel will not kill you although the experience is like driving 30 year old Audi - you can still recollect the previous comfort but just be prepared. As for food, they seem to take from the same manufacturers of paper sausages for 15 years at least. And yes, they will give you a cup for your tea in your room but no spoon, just a stick. Eh.Watch for the elevator. I nearly got stuck in there going to an Important Meeting - it went to the ground floor but the door would not open there, then we went unexpectedly up to the 8th and the beast let me out. The guy at the reception - salut, mon vieux! told me calmly that what I said was not possible because the technician just said it was all right with the lift.Don't say I didn't warn you.     The room was pretty nice and it's very close to the business center and to the metro station (like really really close). Sadly, it's not soundproof and the staircase was odd and not properly kept (I had to use the stairs since the lift was out of service). I'm a huge hygiene freak and I'd give this hotel a 3.5/5 for its hygiene part (not the room in itself but the corridors and staircase).
