    We almost canceled because this is 10 minutes from the airport and they did not provide shuttle service before 6:30 am and our flight left early and we needed shuttle service at 6 am. Corstina convinced us to stay, explained we had better opportunities for restaurants in the area, and apologized about the shuttle service (an Uber did cost us $27). The room was comfortable with good air conditioning/heat. However, the refrigerator is really small. The breakfast area is convenient but assortment is average. The bar area does serve food after 16:30 pm but it is expensive.     This is my second time staying at this hotel. Very efficient check-in and lovely staff. They were very tolerant of my rather poor French!Room warm and bed comfortable. Nice touch to have complimentary bottles of water tea/coffee facilities and fridge - really helpful. Can recommend for a stay in Brussels.     Two single beds

    It was a nice room, but i had reserved for one person a double bed, and i got 2 separated single beds (bedside tables in between so not even possible to push together). I’m used to having a double bed and the room didn’t really make sense for my use. I had an event to get to right after checking in so I didn’t have the time to ask for another room either. I also heard my colleague who was also alone had two big double beds, so i think it would have been possible to have one in my room (not because of overbookings or shortages). raf willems, Autre at Gresham Belson Hotel Brussels, responded to this review Dearest Guest, We thank you for your review and for staying in our hotel.     The Gresham Belson is an interesting choice. The rooms are slightly small but functional and clean. There isn't much on-street parking so unloading is tricky if you arrive by car. There is an underground car park (21 Euro a day). Be mindful that it is tight and some spaces are not big enough for a large or medium size car. Reception and staff are polite. Only one pillow per person, not two as shown on the website. There is a free airport shuttle, we didn't need it.     The room was small and we hear a lot of noise from room next to uslast time when we booked, we have had a very nice and big room but this time we were disappointed.
