Location

This city hotel has an ideal location in the heart of the old town just 20 m from picturesque Grand Place, the Männeken Pis, and the Rue des Bouchers with its numerous restaurants. Situated in the midst of various tourist attractions and the main shopping streets, chocolatiers and brasseries are waiting to be explored, as well as the city's best restaurants and nightclubs (roughly 20-100 m). A metro station is also just some 100 m away. The fish market, St. Catherine's Square, the Queen's Gallery, the Museum of Modern Art, the Comic Book Museum, and shopping centres are all to be found nearby (within 400 m of the hotel). Brussels airport is roughly 7 km away.

Facility

20 single rooms and 35 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     An excellent hotel - very central, with lovely staff. Breakfast was plentiful, and we had no issues with service.The room was lovely and clean and was well-furnished. There was no noise, despite it being in the centre.We could leave our cases with them when we checked out.I just want to give an extra mention to the staff, as everyone we came across was really friendly and helpful.     Fabulous little hotel above a cafe in a bustling street within walking distance of central station

    Quick walk from Brussels central train station and on a picturesque and busy cobblestone street! Arrived on market day so the street was bustling... yet my room was nice and quiet. Having read reviews and seen photos, I knew that I had to enter through the cafe (with books) on the ground floor and reception was at the rear. As a solo traveller, I paid for a single room which was compact (with single bed) but very serviceable. Surprisingly the bathroom and double-sized shower was much larger than I expected for a single room - a welcome change! Plenty of space to leave luggage, space around the bathroom basin, hang up clothes, and desk space. You could see the spire of the town hall from my window - lovely views! Reception staff helpful, friendly and efficient (and let me try a bit of my French for practice). I only stayed for one night and had other plans for my meals, so I didn't get to try the cafe/book space. And then the general area of the hotel is bustling with activity, so plenty to do. Free water and a snack bag also provided - didn't use them but very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!     I had a wonderful stay and wanted to highlight the excellent service from the staff. Jenny and Sarah at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit—they made check-in smooth and were always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Angelica at the breakfast café was just as fantastic, providing friendly service and making sure everything was perfect each morning. Their combined efforts really made my experience stand out.     The room was large and quite comfortable. Even though we were beside a busy square, the room was quiet.
