    The hotel has an excellent location, you can reach everywhere on foot. In addition, it is a short distance from the first stop of the sightseeing bus. Nearby restaurants and shops with a simple assortment - water in the room, snacks... The room is clean, simple but comfortable even for 2. Helpful staff. Nice seating in the hall.

    Overpriced hotel especially if you are given a room across the street in another building with no lift. Breakfast is nice, on a beautiful room. Contrastingly some of the staff assisting breakfast are rude to the point that you almost feel Iike apologizing for just being there. Don’t think I will ever come back again. A pity, really, as this is very conveniently located.

    I have booked a room for 4 days, with one room price 1180€, breakfast included. As I could not make the traveling to Brussels due to sickness, I was surprised when they charged me 408€ for not show up. When I asked why, hotel sent me the breadown price for 4 nights, via booking com, and I was suprised that the 1 night was 408€ and the other 3 nights each 229€. The shame is that they did not informed me before booking about this huge difference between the first night and the rest. Is ii done intentionally to rip off the clients or simple lack of transparency? I will let the other that see my review to judge.

    I would not stay in this hotel again. Before I share my experience let me start by mentioning things that the trip advisor web site states that this hotel has or service/s it provides and it does not.It does not provide currency exchange. I tried to get some currency exchanged I was told that don’t do it. I even asked if they would have change of 50 euros and the answer was “no”. A safe is listed in room feature on trip advisor web site which I did not have in my room. Now my experience: We checked in the hotel on August 14, 2023. At the check in we were told my room has a portable A/C unit but there is a pipe that goes from the back of the A/C to outside so the window has to be kept open when the A/C is operating (picture attached). This unit is only good if you are in front of the unit. Next good news I was given that my room is across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. It is on the 3rd floor (4th if you live in United States) and there is no elevator/lift so we will have to carry our suitcases to the 3rd/4th floor.When we went inside the room what we saw was like an attic converted into a room (some pictures attached). I did not see a room looking like what I was given in any of pictures they have on their web site (please see the pictures attached). The room was dirty with chips under and around the bed. It did have a small flat screen tv with one tv channel. The shower area was small, so some people may have problems once they close the shower door. If you want to roll the dice and still stay in this hotel then good luck to you.

    Very small rooms, fly in bathroom upon arrival. No duvet sheets or blankets for bed upon arrival. Staff unfriendly, not polite when checking in. They seemed not bothered. Shower size is tiny. It is more like a uni room than a 3 star hotel.Location is good and the price. It’s cheapOverall, you’d expect a lot more for your money. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel but it is like my old uni room.
