Located at the heart of Brussels, this hotel lies within a short distance of the Grand Place and an underground station (Sainte Catherine). An array of shops lie just 500 m away.

Facility

    Loved it here, spacious room, excellent location (the tram stop is literally outside the front door of the hotel) helpful and friendly staff, would highly recommend! Even though it's on a main road it was very quiet inside the room & we weren't disturbed.     Very good stay at the Ibis City Center Brussels. The location was great, within walking distance to most of the main sights and attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I noticed some of them spoke Spanish. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They arranged for a cab upon our departure.     Great central hotel. The rooms are reasonably priced comparatively. They are on the small side but very comfortable. Maysey on reception was so helpful when our Eurostar was cancelled.     We spent 3 nights here as a family and really enjoyed our style. The hotel was clean and comfy and the staff very attentive. The location was perfect for all the sites, there were numerous restaurants within 5 minutes and we enjoyed a steady walk from the Eurostar as it’s really easy to find.     We got robbed in this hotel. Will never use Ibis again

    WE GOT ROBBED WHEN STAYING HERE! Our stay was extremely disappointing. Poor communication from staff meant we were waiting ages for our room. Once we got into our room, it wasn’t extremely clean, but okay. No hooks for coats. We went out in the evening and got back around 11, where we harassed by locals inside the hotel. My partner was assaulted and had his necklace stolen. We asked the staff for the cctv footage so we can show our insurance, but they did not help. Why was there no security at that time? This ruined our stay and is one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. We have never used Ibis before and probably never will again.
