  Everything was absolutely fine during our stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the first moment. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything was tidy and fresh. The staff and people working at the hotel were very kind, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we were satisfied with the hotel and the service.

  Hotel was booked due to the proximity to Brussels Expo. Staff was friendly but it's a pity that this was pretty much the only positive thing. No parking (we had to walk for a couple of 100m), to room was very outdated, including the bathroom. The bathroom really needs some renovation or at least a touch-up. The silicone joints were already dark from the molds and it was very enjoyable to use the bathroom. The carpet in the room was vacuumed but old and not very hygenic.Had dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor and was disappointed as the pizza I ordered seemed to be a convenience product, bought in a frozen state and just put into the oven. Definitely not worth the prize.   We stayed at the Ibis to attend a concert at the ING Arena.We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was ready (was dead on check in time).The room was OK- two single beds, bathroom, etc- just the basics but just what we needed. The only thing lacking was a kettle/coffee but that just meant a trip to the bar.We didn't eat at the hotel but we used the bar a couple of times. The coffee was lovely and served with a madeline and a nice selection of beer.The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the arena (the reason for the stay) and equally close to the Atomium.Would stay here again in the need arises.

  Shabby rooms and bad guest service

  Rooms shabby and worse guest service. Arrived for one night because was close to Palais 12. Rooms: doors didn’t close properly. Doorknob from bathroom door felt apart. Bathroom: shower was full of mold. Guest service: ask for extra towels and late check-out… the reception lady - Mrs. Pushchaeva answered rude and misbehaved to us… never again this hotel… Hotel- cmanager, Owner at ibis Brussels Expo Atomium, responded to this review Dear Steve,Thank you for taking the time to review your stay.We appreciate your feedback regarding our hotel's proximity to Palais 12.   i booked this hotel as looking at the map its close to the Atom, it was about a 15 min walk which was goodmy room was clean and tidythe bar area is good and served pizza as the main item, but there were other choice's very pleased with the breakfastwould stay here again
