    It's a pleasant place in a great location but has a lot of shortcomings

    The location is excellent. A reasonably easy trip to the station and easy access to major Brussels attractions. The rooms are very, very small, we had to take turns opening our suit cases. The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired with mold growing in the shower, and the bed mattress itself (which is clearly visible under a mattress topper) had quite a few visible stains. It's a hotel with a very young vibe, readily apparent by the young ladies giggling, screaming and running down the halls and slamming doors at midnight . It's not a hotel we'll be returning to.     I stayed here twice for a work trip - on my first visit I was on floor 4 in a loft-type room, and on the second trip I was on floor 1. Both rooms were modern and clean, however the first room was a lot more spacious. On both occasions the rooms were very warm and there wasn’t any air conThere was no safe in the hotel rooms, so nowhere secure to keep devices or documents The hotel is in a convenient location with just a short walk to many local attractions There is a buffet breakfast with lots of options.     Breakfast and service = excellent. Room quality varies. I had allergic reactions to bed bugs in my original room. Reception staff acted quickly and moved me to another room, which was fine and very comfy. Location very central.
