    A very well located small family owned hotel run to high standards. Immaculately spotless,characterful, friendly and helpful staff. A very good location for anyone Brussels. Made up of a bunch of neighbouring townhouses it's a. Little bit ramble but so what? The rooms are stylish and well furnished, the bedding is top class. My bathroom was wee bit small but that's a quirk of the townhouse thing. It was really clean and very high quality. In the middle of the night a road crew set up camp outside with jackhammers diggers and the works. I rang reception to see what they could do. Not the fault of the hotel at all and they had no notice of it. The very competent guy on reception gave me a key to a room on the other side of the hotel in a flash and told me to leave my stuff in my room and go back to it the next night. This was great, nothing worse than uprooting yourself in the middle of the night. Good breakfast in a lovely room. The bar and restaurant are gorgeous spaces and tragically underenjoyed.

    This hotel was super cool! I love the interior design in the breakfast area, as well as they reception area, all of the hallways, the bedrooms, the staircases, the backyard, the dining area for dinner, and just everything it was so beautiful! I definitely felt like I was in a different country. When I checked in, they were really nice, but the girl gave me a funny look when she noticed I was staying for five nights. I guess that is not normal? I found out that the hotel is mostly used for business purposes and film crews, not for leisure, which is why I was there. But still weird to give a guest a funny look like that. The Key they gave is pretty cool! Old school but I LOVE it! To get cleaning though you had to drop off your key when you left for the day at the front desk and then pick it back up when you got back. I thought that was weird. Is that normal in Brussels?! When I looked at the hotel, I thought the spa came with for free. They said at the desk it’s an extra €40 and you reserve an hour to where it’s just you using this space which is cool I thought it should just come with the hotel fee. And at the end they actually charged me €45 to use the spa for an hour not just 40…? Fitness area is free to use and pretty big for a hotel I was impressed. Normally they are so small! The breakfast does not come with, but it is €35 if you want, but it’s really good breakfast. It’s kind of like a buffet type. They’ll even let you cook your own hard boiled eggs if you want. They do have some already cooked but I love that they had a different kind of machine….the only thing they it was lacking was an “eggs however you want” station. It was also a pretty far walk from all the main areas. They said 25 minutes but if you are like me and like to look around at stuff, it took me 40 minutes every time… Too far to stay for leisure.Also, you could hear right through the walls….

    Best hotel experience ever! What a great time we had! Super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs were just perfect! The whole hotel is filled with extraordinary art. The room is incredible, we had a room with 2 floors. Slept amazing in the bed, it was super comfortable. There was a lovely spa in the basement. Nice and big garden in the back. We loved it so much. Thank you. We would love to come back some day

    Fantastic location! Spent 2 nights at the hotel and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, even with our lack of French speaking, especially the bar man who was fantastic. The overall hotel is beautiful and worth every single penny. Plenty of local restaurants, shops and places to have a drink within walking distance. Very close to trams so easy to travel out if you like, or like we did use the electric scooters which only cost 5€< which got us up to the main plaza within 15 minutes which was super convenient. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Rooms are pristine, cleaned daily and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc re stocked if you’ve used them which was very handy. (Photos do not do it justice)
