    Very Ignorant and Rude Receptionist !!!

    Have never come across a more ignorant receptionist in my entire life how she gets away with it beggars belief. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the nearest village is a €24 ride away. The receptionist at the front desk is the rudest human being i have ever ever had the Misfortune to encounter !!! She needs a lesson in manners but the hotel management dont seem to care as there have been numerous complaints about her on Google reviews.

    Always a pleasant stay

    I visit regularly and it’s always a pleasure to return.The staff is friendly, caring and very accommodating.The beds are comfortable and I highly rate the cleanliness of the bathrooms.I will admit the carpets could do with a deep clean or replacing, for some rooms, but other than that it’s spot on.The parking allows for electric charging points and it is secured by a gate.Although it’s near the train track, the noise is not a problem.However, be prepared to hear some happy noises from the football teams when they return from winning a game. It doesn’t last for long, but at least you’re warned.Food wise, dinner is always a pleasure as the dishes are cooked with care and it’s always delicious. Breakfasts are lovely, my only regret is that it doesn’t start until 7. If it could start at 6:30 or 6:45 it would be quite convenient for me.Anyway, I return every 8 weeks and I always know it will be a pleasant stay.     We come to this hotel usually at this time of the year when visiting friends who live nearby. The hotel has very good value for money, it's clean and comfortable, placed in quite area.     In general an average hotel with nothing special. I do not understand why most of the hotels, after covid, removed simple extras from the rooms (slippers, bathrobe etc) which are very useful for the traveler. Here they even removed the bottles of water or pencil and paper. Breakfast is normal. Staff is friendly and kind.     Surprising!

    While booking this hotel I had no glue that this is the somehow „official“ hotel for the Belgium soccer team.Anyway, very nice in each detail, the personnel is quite charming, rooms really comfortable.Very nice breakfast, together with two youngster soccer teams, what a nice experience!Next stay again here, thank you!
