    Awful and disgusting. The room are very very very small, the bathroom is malodorous with a very bad smell from the wc and without shower and a decent sink. I don't know how some people could work in this way and the city administration give them the possibility to keep open for the hygiene conditions.

    the worst service and hotel i have ever been to. The dust, stains, moist, hairs, smells, and other disgusting stuff was everywhere, we had quite an expensive room so we had high hopes. Don't go here, you will be heavily disappointed. When we asked for a different room it took a lot of effort asking this before they offered something. And they didn't speak english or dutch, and we did not speak french, so we were screwed. Eventually we left and wanted our money back, and the hotel did not help us at all to get this done. it cost us a lot of money in the end and we would not wish this upon anyone.
