Location

This hotel lies at the heart of the airport business district, within 2 km of Brussels airport. The main roads as well as various motorways may easily be accessed and the NATO headquarters are around 2 km away whilst it is some 10 min drive to Brussel’s Grand Place. The railway station is 1 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 234 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Poor service at the restaurant.

    The room are amazing but I find the personal working at the restaurant pretty much rude. Especially the girl in the evening in the restaurant on the ground Floor. She is quite snob and not nice. I asked for a drink with a voucher, what I wanted was not included but she could ask me to pay the difference, not to take that or go away. I had also a voucher of another nh same category hotel and in the other hotel told me they were accepting them also when you go to another hotel of the same category and she told me no but in a rude way. If you do customer care you try to help people. You can offer a drink and ask to pay for an upgrade for the remanent value, not tell them to go away from the restaurant.

    The menu is quite limited, and the service was disappointing. The waiter came to our table without saying a word and simply placed ketchup and mayonnaise down—it felt impersonal and honestly a bit awkward. The look of the ketchup in the small bowl was not appetizing at all, which didn’t help the first impression. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

    This hotel combines good rooms, splendid services and it’s located close to Brussels airport, and a train station is just in front the hotel….Nice ambient weather if you’re into a business travel or if you are staying with your family.Fully recommended to taste a dinner in the hotel restaurant and having breakfast in the morning.

    I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms are consistently quiet, no matter which floor you’re on or how close you are to the lifts. The staff are helpful and welcoming, though at times you may have to wait a little for someone to appear at reception. The bar is lively and offers a great atmosphere, and the hotel restaurant always provides a well-curated, seasonal menu with plenty of variety.However, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. There’s no in-room coffee machine, which is surprising for a hotel of this standard, it’s only available in the superior rooms. Fresh milk isn’t provided either, which would be a simple yet appreciated addition. Another drawback is the use of chemical-based body washes. I travel here on business four to five times a year and have to bring my own products, as those provided contain parabens and SLS, which unfortunately irritate my skin.Despite these minor issues, this hotel remains a reliable and comfortable choice. A few small adjustments would definitely elevate the overall guest experience and likely improve reviews even further.
