    Lovely hotel. Great staff

    This hotel is a little out of the centre of town, however I really liked my stay.The staff were amazing and so friendly from reception, breakfast and housekeeping who greeted all guests. Reception staff provided excellent service and assisted in any queries. Nothing was too hard.Room was lovely. Great bed.Bathroom had everything required - hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soaps Room has selection of tea and coffee and a mini fridge to chill your beverages.The curtains were excellent, black out curtains really helped with sleeping.Room had air conditioning if required.I couldn't fault the room.Breakfast had lots of options. Hot food, toast, yoghurts, deli foods, coffee and juices. Lovely setting in the restaurant. The breakfast staff were great.A few places to eat across the street or within a block. Two grocery stores are within a ten minute walk.

    The location is well connected, the staff are very friendly but you may struggle with some of them if you only speak english. I like that they have a web app where you request any amenities or services you dont need to call or talk to someone.I was there for only three nights, arrived late on the first night too so by the time I saw all these issues it wasn't worth it to ask for a different roomThe carpet in the room had many stains, the toilet seat is loose and sliding, some power sockets dont work and not fixed to the wall, cupboard and wardrobes doors are loose, the room is generally too dark

    This hotel was chosen by Trafalgar on our Belgium Tour. Very clean, modern hotel. The location was a bit farther to the city than we liked but the Metro station was a short walk. A bit confusing as to floors as there is a 0, and -1. Our room was 122 and because we walked up 3 short steps the floor was1 1/2???     If you want a busted neck, then use their tissue paper thin pillows. Alternatively, insert towels/shoes into the pillow case. Without sleep you can complain in the morning and get a shrug, that's it. So try to enjoy you airless room instead, just open the window all night with a jammed in curtain and accept the city fug. Now place these factors on top of the ageing room, random door-knocks and bottle trolleys at unearthly hours, and in your sleeplessness give yourself an added jolt by letting the heavy toilet seat SMACK down - seems that smooth self-closers don't exist in 2026. With a bunch of other gripes, I'll add the only comic one, the toilet paper, which could in fact improve the pillows. You will want to escape, but I had to wait 9 minutes for the lift down.     Poor customer service. Got a quote and the hotel did not honour the quote within 24h. I requested a manager to get in touch and they simply ignored me.
