    The hotel is well situated within easy walking of popular sites and amenities but without being in an area flooded by tourists itself. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts - a wide choice of items in a comfortable environment, again with friendly and efficient staff. We intend using this hotel for our future trips to Brussels.

    Good hotel but needs some refurbishement and also I was a bit dissapointed because I've wrote before to the Hotel to prepare some surprise to my wife because we traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary, hotel replied me back but nothing was done. But in general ok and honest hotel.

    Cozy hotel, a little dated but in good conditions. Rooms very clean and with space. The bed was confortable. Good location, yu can walk to the center of Brussels in 20 minutes . Great staff.

    the hotel has a service does not qualify as 4 stars. Here is a list of part of my complaints:No power outlets in the roomToilet flushing not working properlyelevators not working properlybreakfast: The bread at is TERRIBLE, and this is a country with fantastic bread. same with cheese, one cut variety, poor and cheap cold cuts the same fruit: a fruit salad that looks dead the toaster is broken and covered with foilPoor state of the rooms (please have a look at the curtains, you should see them closed)Toilet paper unacceptable for any kind of hotelthe shower distributor does not work we had to use the bath plug to temporarily "fix" it so we could take showers.
