Location

This hotel is located at the heart of Brussels within 5 minutes' walk of the famous Grand Place with its Gothic town hall. Shopping venues and a diverse selection of boutiques on Nieuwstraat, entertainment options such as restaurants and bars on Vismarkt and cultural establishments such as the opera house on Muntplein all lie within a stone's throw of the hotel. The main train station is 2 km away and it is 6 km to Brussels airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 241 non-smoking rooms, including 17 single rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Location is good, room is clean albeit bathroom a bit dated. Great customer service from check-in onwards. We were given good recommendations on places to visit by Onofre Gutierrez and transfer to airport was arranged smoothly without fuss.

    great location, spotless, great customer service, the only downsize is that being in the centre of a live town you get sometimes the city night noise(our room faced the street side). somehow a bit expected.     ​I had a highly satisfying one-night stay at this hotel. We arrived well before the official check-in time, but the staff was incredibly kind and explained the whole check-in process thoroughly. Luckily, a room was already available, so we were able to check in early and get some comfortable rest.​A special thanks to Mr. Fernando Ouo—thanks to him, our trip became so much easier and more convenient! I had also requested a quiet room, and I was able to get a great night's sleep in a peaceful environment.
