Good choice of hotel would gladly return.

    rating07 Dec 2025

Great rooms , varied and good quality breakfast and a buzzing atmosphere. The hotel is a fair walk to Grand Place area but perfectly walkable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is lovely with a lot of young people staying and has an eco ethos which includes a no daily cleaning unless you want it. We were perfectly happy with that. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. My room was a little noisy but to be expected in a capital city and my room was a good size. We were very glad we chose the Pentahotel and would choose again. Hotel Manager, Owner at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre, responded to this review Dear Suzanne,Thank you for your kind review. We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre. It’s wonderful you found your room comfortable and appreciated our varied breakfast offerings. We’re also glad our eco-friendly approach aligned with your values during your visit. That said, we regret any disturbance affected your rest. Rooms facing quieter areas are available upon request for future stays. Finally, we’re delighted our central location made exploring nearby shops and attractions convenient for you.It would be a pleasure to welcome you again. “Great Stay, but Parking Needs Improvement”

    rating02 Dec 2025

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. However, the parking was extremely expensive, and the basement layout made it hard to find both the car park and the hotel lift. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved Hotel Manager, Owner at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre, responded to this review Dear Toure,Thank you for sharing your review. We're delighted you appreciated our helpful team members and found your room comfortable. That said, we're sincerely sorry some aspects didn't meet your expectations. Our parking facilities aim to offer convenience through direct elevator access, though we understand this wasn't your experience.Nonetheless, we're thrilled our central location served you well for exploring Brussels. We hope you managed to enjoy nearby attractions like Avenue Louise during your stay.We hope to have the occasion to welcome you back in the near future.Kind regards,Menno de Richemont, Regional General Manager Belgium & France

Great location and friendly staff, but some room for improvement

    rating19 Nov 2025

I stayed at the Penta Hotel in Brussels City Centre and had a generally positive experience. The location is superb; easy to get around, close to plenty of shops and restaurants, and still surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day comfortably. The room itself was quiet, but the cleanliness could have been better. A few details were missed, and it didn’t quite feel as fresh as it should for a hotel in this category. The biggest downside was the lack of good air-conditioning options; the room felt stuffy and cold at times. The TV and available channels didn’t really work, so there weren’t any proper in-room options for entertainment.Overall, it’s a solid stay -comfortable enough, great location, and good service- but with a few areas that could be improved. I’d rate it around 3.5 to 4 out of 5. Hotel Manager, Owner at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre, responded to this review Dear Elias,Thank you for your feedback concerning your stay with us.We're delighted you appreciated our central location and found our team welcoming during your visit. Our Pentalounge breakfast selection aims to provide a satisfying start to each day, and we're glad you enjoyed the variety. That said, we regret any inconvenience you experienced with room amenities. Our housekeeping team is always available for additional cleaning requests, and we're reviewing temperature control procedures to ensure comfort. While our Smart TVs normally offer entertainment options, we'll investigate this technical matter. Finally, we hope our convenient access to Brussels' attractions made exploring effortless during your visit. Our Friends program offers exclusive benefits for your next booking should you choose to return. We hope that we may have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future. Kindest regards,Menno de Richemont, Regional Director Belgium

Big room but not fit for a family.

    rating29 Oct 2025

Our junior suite that should fit three contained a large double bed and a cot, our infant was far too big for a cot, we were misled into thinking the room would have a double bed and a sofa bed. Food at the hotel was slow but tasty. Our room was right above the bar making it very noisy into the late hours of the night. Hotel Manager, Owner at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre, responded to this review Dear Alexgn,Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the flavors of our Pentalounge offerings during your stay. That said, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. Our junior suites offer multiple bedding configurations upon request, and we encourage guests to consult our team about specific needs. For future visits, we recommend requesting higher-floor rooms or those with courtyard views to enjoy our signature Penta tranquility. We hope to welcome you back on a future occasion for an improved experienceBest wishes,Menno de Richemont, Regional Director Belgium

Avoid this hotel if you can

    rating01 Jul 2025

Rooms are not very clean. Air condition cant be used because it smells really bad. Windows cant be opened more than few centimeters, so you dont get any fresh air, there is no ventilation. For one night its probably ok, but for longer I dont recommend. Hotel doesnt clean rooms, only once per 4 days, they say its because of ecology but if they wanted to be green, they would let you open windows instead of forcing you to use AC. Fridge doesnt cool too much, I had to throw out cheese after one day because it wasnt cold enough in the fridge. There is yellow stain on my blanket, they should throw it out, its disgusting. Stains in the bathroom, and the carpet is filthy. No room to put in your clothes or other things. Also they want you to feel guilty using elevators, there are stickers that if you use it you are lazy. After a long day, I should go by stairs to 8th floor with my luggage, to save the hotel owners money for electricity? Right. Generic answer to all bad reviews, promising improvement. But those reviews are months old and still no improvement. They say they care, but they dont. Hotel Manager, Owner at Pentahotel Brussels City Centre, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us.We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our housekeeping schedule aims to minimize environmental impact while maintaining comfort, and our team remains available to provide additional service upon request. The temperature control units undergo regular maintenance, and our front desk team can assist with adjustments for optimal comfort. The storage solutions and room amenities are designed according to our brand standards, and we maintain strict quality control measures. Our maintenance team promptly addresses any concerns about room facilities to ensure proper functionality. Our sustainability initiatives, including elevator messaging, reflect our commitment to environmental responsibility. We take all feedback seriously and continuously work to enhance guest comfort while maintaining our environmental standards. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable experience in the future.Best regards,Menno de Richemont, Regional Director Belgium
