    Our rating for the Service was based on one breakfast on a Saturday morning. Maybe 09hr30 was late but still one expected what one usually gets from a Radisson, 1,5hrs before closing time. Lovely, clean hotel. If the barman is in, one get order cocktails. The location is very close to the Central Station (7min walk) and 3min from "the Monnai/Munt" and that all tells you, you are right in the centre.

    Rooms are acceptable; however, the bathrooms are quite worn. The same applies to the fitness room, where the treadmills and cardio equipment are outdated and heavily used.At breakfast, you are charged extra for items such as a freshly made omelette or granola, which is disappointing for a hotel in this price range.The invoicing process is unacceptable: even after several days and multiple emails, the security deposit has still not been refunded. Overall, a disappointing experience for a hotel in this category.

    Hotel is amazingly located within walking distance of most major attractions. Staff were kind and friendly, check-in and check-out both smooth. Suite was a good size, but bathroom /toilet didn't have a pleasant smell at all....reminding me of a mens urinal which was a huge negative and accounts for my rating. We did get an offer of moving room but the replacement didn't have walk in shower which we prefer and we were told they would put a machine in to refresh the air. Lighting throughout could have been better, we did get a bulb replaced which helped. Perhaps our timings didn't quite match and not a major deal, but our room only got turned down once during our three night stay..which meant popping back down to reception to get water for the nighttime.Pros - Free water provided and car parking costs included with the suite..

    Service from arrival to departure was very attentive and the three course meal in atrium restaurant was excellent. Radisson honoured our regular membership perks. Concierge gave some useful tips to visit sites

    The convenience of this property is perfect for visiting around Brussels, a short walk to Grand Place, train stations and very good Restaurant to end the day. Friendly staff. Good hotel facilities and amenities in room. Not fond of dark themes (dimmed light from reception/corridors) but manageable! Lovely wooden room floors with carpet mat, quite perfect for good catching up sleep. Aircon/heating control. (Nespresso Coffee machine,I feel home!)
