    This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and it did not disappoint. It is right in the heart of St. Gery, so it is fantastic for going out but it is just near the Bourse so easy walking distance from everything. The staff could not have been nicer. Every single person was super friendly. We moved room from the front to the back and our room was absolutely lovely. The bed was so comfortable with crisp white bed linen, This hotel is not for someone that wants a super quite time, but for me it exactly what I was looking for and we had the most perfect time.

    On arrival we were recieved by Taoufiq who was very welcoming and made us feel special. Later we had a little mishap with the safe, no problem for Taoufiq who sorted everything out . I must say he is a credit to the hotel brilliant guy, all other staff members we met very helpful and joyful despite weather. The room was standard warm and clean.

    Don’t stay here if you’re expecting to sleep at night. Due to the location of the hotel there is unbearable music from 9pm - 5/6am every single night. Room space is good, room is ok. Shower didn’t work & plug in bath didn’t work. Location is very good for tripping about & exploring but the music is ridiculous. We wouldnt stay here again

    We spent a night having travelled to Brussels to watch our team in a Champions League game. We arrived early in Brussels and the hotel were great in facilitating an early check in so that we could go out and enjoy the city before the game. Location is perfect, with all of the central bars and restaurants close by and the bar adjoining the hotel was great too. Rooms were excellent, especially for the price. Best of all was the friendly and helpful service. The guy on reception was superb and treat us so well - a great trip and highly recommended.

    The reception is reached through the bar below; the street is crowded in good weather. I was in a room overlooking the street but i did not find it noisy with the windows shut. Considered opening the windows but i think they were locked. Bed was comfortable. Lighting took a time get used to ... too many switches. Separate toilet and washbasin. Fridge and safe in the room. Odd to have no shower cubicle but shower in bath (open to the room) was novel and most of the water stayed in the tub! Did not have breakfast as it was pricey E 18.50
