This hotel is located just in front of Brussels International Airport and is a short drive away from Brussels city centre or a 20-minute journey by train. A direct bus line links Brussels Airport to the EU headquarters area. The bus and train stations are a mere 500 m away from the hotel.

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Really nice hotel, staff and room. Hard for an Uber to find for a drop-off. Plus the air conditioning in the room wouldn't go below about 75-80F. Great Sheraton Club on the 5th floor.

    We arrived via the shuttle from Crowne Plaza Antwerp and were quickly checked in and in our room. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed before our flight the next morning. It was a great peace of mind being so close to the airport the night before our flight.

    Nice large clean room for 3 with large bathroom. 100 meters from airport departure level. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff at the reception desk; but also at security room. From the rental car return site, we got to the delivery / receiving door of the hotel. The security person took the time to help us get to the hotel entrance. Great service!A bit hard to get there if travelling by car due to construction. Hotel is close to rental car return but not too many signs on how to get to the hotel. Internet access a bit complex; should be straight forward for such a hotel

    Nice hotel with great airport location

    We had a late flight and decided to stay one night at this property upon arrival. The hotel is just across the terminal which was very convenient. Upgraded to an executive level room with club lounge access as a Platinum member. We arrived at the lounge just before 23.00 and we were able to have a drink before going to the room which was nice. The room is large with a business style layout and comfortable bed. Good night sleep. Bathroom with bathtub but without separate shower. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was not in the lounge but in Gulliver's restaurant. Nice and plentiful food and drink choices. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out.

    Airport hotels aare all pretty much the same. In the case of the Brussels Sheraton, it is the staff that makes it exceptional. As a traveller walking with a rollator, I am clearly marked as a person who needs some help in travelling. I was fortunate that Ray was on duty at check out this morning. He made my trip so much easier by getting me to check in at the airport smoothly and without an fuss. A 5 star employee!
